therapy is an interpersonal remedy for challenges in living.
all kinds of challenges. challenges living in relationship, out of relationship, with friends, with family, with career choices, with change. just living. therapy provides a safe space to explore patterns, express feelings, gain clarity on past and present relationships and identify hopes for the future. it can provide relief from suffering and add hope to life.
therapy is like putting a jig saw puzzle together. but with words. all you have to do is talk.
